LA BLONDE
IBU: 16 EBC: 11 ABV: 7%
The blonde Belgian style beer distinguishes itself from the typical pale ales and lager by its sweetness and its fuller body combined with fruitiness originating from the yeast. All this makes it a very complex beer that doesn’t need any flavouring ingredients or distinguishable hops.
LA BLANCHE
IBU: 15 EBC: 6 ABV: 6%
This Belgian style has been reintroduced in the 1960s.
It has a turbid appearance on account of raw wheat, it is very refreshing due to the touch of acidity of the wheat and very aromatic through the infusion of orange skin, coriander and jasmine.
LA FRUITÉE
IBU: 14 EBC: 5,8 ABV: 4,7%
The wheat and fermentated raspberries it contains, lend this beer a cloudy and slightly pink colour. The subtle acidity of the wheat makes it refreshing and the infusion of coriander, Belgian yeast and fresh raspberries make it so aromatic.
BELGIAN IPA
IBU: 50 EBC: 14 ABV: 6,7%
Amber coloured Belgian style IPA. The yeast as well as the four kinds of hops used in the elaboration of this beer confer it a very floral aroma. Soft and light bodied. The taste is balanced between bitterness and a certain dryness.
BELGIAN DARK STRONG ALE
IBU: 21 EBC: 43,7 ABV: 9,8%
Dark, mahogany coloured beer whose aroma of Belgian caramel malts could remind of raisins and nuts. Its sweet and very complex flavour can be compared to wine as it contains little hops and a high abv.
TOUTATIS
TRADITIONAL AND ANCESTRAL CHARACTER
With our range of Belgian gourmet beers produced in Mallorca, we are aiming to take this beverage to a superior level. Through a traditional production process, we confer it distinctive aromas, body and taste to please a demanding audience that also appreciates good cuisine. Using select natural ingredients, without any stabilizers, preservatives or flavour enhancers… as subtle as a good wine.
Toutatis identifies itself with the place it is produced in, providing ingredients that are “self grown” on plots adjoined to the brewery (wheat, orange skin, …) and manually harvested, in the same way many farmers from the centre of the island do it, with love for the product of the mallorquean land. All aiming to grant it a native character, catching the essence and the aroma of the island without changing the flavour of the Belgian malts and hops, that lend it an ancestral and traditional nature.
